This council
came into existence under the divine inspiration of the
Holy Spirit. Greg Crawford of Jubilee International Ministries
had sought the Lord for almost 2 years about the formation
of a state council. During this time, the Iowa Alliance
was formed and started traveling the state to locate the
key leaders, those desiring to see change, and could possibly
make up the council. Traveling the state of Iowa for 2
years brought a greater understanding of seeing the need
for the Body of Christ in Iowa to come together and be
connected with each other. Also revealed was the great
potential and resources within the Church. But the need
for direction, mobilization, and affirmation of the existing
emerging apostolic companies is needed within the state.
After talking with many, the need for the formation of
this council was coming to bear. In the spring of 2008,
Greg Crawford along with others from the state of Iowa,
attended a conference in Colorado Springs to launch the
United States Apostolic Alliance under Dutch Sheets' leadership.
Dutch mentioned the need for state wide apostolic counsels
to be formed to mobilize the Body of Christ. Greg Crawford
looked upon this not as direction but confirmation that
what he sensed for 2 years in his spirit was right. A
new structure had to be in place to allow awakening to
come into the state. Upon returning from this trip, he
called for a gathering of leaders and ministries to be
formed for the first time within the state. The willingness
to come together was great from the beginning and all
looked at this as an opportunity to advance the Kingdom
of God together doing what no one person could do, to
create something of such magnitude it would touch every
person in the state. From that point forward, this council
has moved in amazing harmony and willingness to serve
each other and the emerging leaders of Iowa. This council
is also approved and been commissioned under Dutch Sheets'
United States Apostolic Alliance (USAA) organization.
Greg Crawford of J.I.M.Ministry Base has been approved
as the State coordinator for the USAA for Iowa.

This
council has met numerous times as well as tele-conferencing.
They met in an all day meeting to discuss and ascertain
one thing, the vision they had for the state of Iowa.
The following is the outcome of that meeting and sets
the course of direction for the Iowa Alliance for Reformation.
Our
