Let it be known the Eldership and five-fold ministry oversight of Jubilee International Ministries has assembled and established the following proclamation:

We openly and solemnly declare this region of Iowa and the Midwest an Apostolic Region that is conforming to the executed “Word of the Lord”. We declare the advancement of the Kingdom of God, and the removal of all that would be in opposition to it. We declare that from this ministry will flow Revelatory Truth which will impact this Region and feed the nation. This Revelatory Sound will bring alignment of the earth with heaven, releasing the creative Sound from the throne of God to touch humanity and all ethnos. We commit to strengthen the tent cords of currently aligned relationships and to form new covenant alliances with those of common purpose and Kingdom mandates.

This decree is based upon understanding of our primary ministry mandates listed below in no particular order. These mandates are unchangeable, non-negotiable, and are not optional. May this be used as a guide in further alliances, distribution of resources, and used as articles for spiritual warfare.

Mandate 1 We are called to establish the fullness of the Kingdom of God within this region, the Midwest, and the nations of the world. This Kingdom of God is universal, composed not of one denomination, but the entire Body of Christ, as those who are called out to take their proper position. The Kingdom of God is the primary focus and value to which all decisions shall be made.

Mandate 2 We are called to establish and to raise the next generation of leaders by spiritual fathering and spiritual impartation. This is to be done by, equipping for success, training for impact, releasing to function, and the realization of destiny. The ultimate goal is to send trained people to establish apostolic ministry with Kingdom focus, throughout the world.

Mandate 3 We are called to the nations to ascertain the fullness of Revelatory Truth and see its effects manifest, changing the course of ethnic groups, governments, and bringing transformation to cities, regions, and nations.

Mandate 4 We are called to be forerunners and model an Apostolic Resource Center much like the Antioch model found in the book of Acts. Our primary resource is people, secondarily other types of resources second. This model will have Prophetic influence, Apostolic structure, and Spiritual liberty and flow.

Mandate 5 We are called to establish the government of the Kingdom of God within this Region and to form life-long alliance with those who have same faith, passion and motivation to see the Kingdom come. The Ekklesia (church) is to rule within the Kingdom. We are to assist the members of the Ekklesia to take their proper positions, by establishing Apostolic government to properly equip them, and release them into ministry. This five-fold government will function in five areas as proclaimed by the “Word of the Lord”:

Apostles – “You must know the beat of My heart to know the cadence of how to fight the battle and win the war of souls. Strategize on all things and implement only what I tell you when I tell you. For you have charge over much. To know the beat of My heart is to know the Sound from heaven. The Sound will always push My blood through the veins of My Church. It will always lead to a flow of redemption in the souls of men. Mobilize My Church not just to function but to walk in victory. Implement the Sound of heaven, for the sound is My plan.”

Prophets - “You must prophecy correctly My heart. For what you prophesy out of your mouth shall My apostles strategize how to win this harvest. You must know My heart concerning that which lies before you. For I elevate this above all things. For souls shall be your priority over hearing revelation. For I elevate them, because this is why revelation comes. Hear My heart O Prophets. Speak My heart to My people so the harvest can come in.”

Pastors - “When this harvest comes in, as I have placed them in My heart, you must place them in yours. You must go after those who have strayed. You must go after the one that no one seems to care about. For much has been invested to bring them to that place of placing them in your heart. Let your heart towards them reveal My heart towards them. Hold them close to your heart as I have held them close to mine. Do not let them sway and fall away. For I have purchased them as I have purchased you. let them enjoy this great salvation like you enjoy yours”

Teachers - “Reveal My heart to them as I have revealed it to you. Reveal only that which I have revealed to you and not what you assume because assumption will lead them astray. But the truth will set them free and place them solidly in me. I have revealed much to you and I have shared My heart and I say open your heart and pour your heart into these and let truth come upon them.

Evangelists - “handle what is in your hands delicately. For what is in your hands is precious to My heart. This is what I gave Myself for. Do not take lightly when you touch their lives. For every word. Every action and deed is a revealing of me. Your lack, or your ability to do, will be the decision that they will make. So treat what I have purchased with gentleness and great concern. For what is in your hands is really My heart.
